One Bad Document
Stops an Entire Hold.

A consolidated shipping container holds goods from dozens of suppliers. One missing packing slip, one wrong HS code, one untranslated Chinese customs declaration — and the entire container is detained at port. The Manifest Clearance Engine catches it before it ships.

Chinese PDFs.
Western ERPs.

Chinese suppliers send packing slips, customs declarations, and invoices as PDFs — sometimes handwritten, always in Mandarin, rarely in the format Western freight forwarders or customs brokers need. The current workflow: a person reads it, types it again into another system. Manually. Per container.

HS code classification (the numeric codes that determine import duties) requires specialized customs knowledge. Get it wrong and you face fines, delays, or both. Get it right manually and you've paid a human expert hours per shipment — for every shipment, for every client.

The Manifest Clearance Engine eliminates this entirely using Vision AI trained on Chinese document formats and an LLM that understands both languages natively — not via transliteration.

Red/green before
it leaves the dock.

Consolidated shipments are the highest-risk scenario in freight. A single container holds goods from 8, 12, sometimes 30 different suppliers. Each supplier has their own document stack. One bad document in that stack — missing, wrong, or unsigned — detains the entire container at customs.

The Container Health Check runs a pre-submission audit against the destination country's customs checklist. Every required document is verified — translated, structured, HS-coded, and checked for completeness — before the container is sealed. Red means it doesn't ship. Green means it clears.

The value of catching one detained container dwarfs the annual cost of the subscription.

Zapier for
freight.

The document problem and the timing problem are separate — but both cost money. Trucks dispatched to factories where cargo isn't ready is a chronic, expensive failure mode across China-to-West freight. The Pickup API creates a direct digital bridge between factory readiness and forwarder dispatch.

🏭

Factory marks cargo ready

In their existing inventory or ERP system, the factory digitally flags the shipment as ready for pickup. This is the trigger — no phone calls, no WeChat messages, no manual coordination.

API fires the event

The Collaborative Pickup API receives the ready signal and validates it against the shipment's document checklist. If the Container Health Check is green, it proceeds automatically.

🚛

Forwarder dispatches truck

The freight forwarder's system receives the dispatch order in real time. Truck is scheduled for the correct window. No missed pickups from timing gaps. No wasted fuel on empty runs.

Cargo moves. First time.

Documents are clean. Timing is synchronized. The container is sealed on schedule and submitted to customs with full confidence. The entire loop runs without a single phone call.

One forwarder.
Thirty clients.

The viral acquisition loop is built into how freight works. A consolidated container has 10, 20, sometimes 30 different shippers. When the freight forwarder runs the Container Health Check, every co-shipper in that container is touched by our product.

The forwarder sees the value immediately — fewer detained containers, less paperwork, fewer late-night calls from shippers asking what's wrong. They recommend the product to every other shipment they handle. Each client they bring brings their own suppliers.

This isn't a referral program. It's structural. The product is most valuable when the entire supply chain uses it — so every user has a direct incentive to expand adoption.
